Which mini PCs it fits

Each computer needs two independent HDMI video outputs to drive both screens, plus USB for the shared peripherals. A Beelink EQi13 has two HDMI outputs and is therefore a relevant video-connection candidate; also check the USB connection and required display modes.

One HDMI output and a simple splitter do not provide two independent desktops. If a computer instead uses DisplayPort or USB-C video, verify suitable conversion adapters for that exact computer and monitor mode. Count the connections on every computer you plan to attach, not just the one you use most often.
