The monitor's 96 W power delivery will not run the mini PC.
The 27" screen runs 5120x2880 at 60 Hz. The USB-C input carries video and 96 W of power delivery, which does not power a mini PC. There is no VESA mount. Apple does not state the panel type, DisplayPort or HDMI version, KVM switch, HDR support or HDR certification.

This monitor's only video input is Thunderbolt, so the mini PC needs a USB4 or Thunderbolt port. The ASUS ROG NUC 16 Edition 20 and Beelink SER8 fit, each connecting through such a port. The Lenovo ThinkStation P3 Tiny and MINISFORUM MS-A2 do not, as neither has one. For the ACEMAGIC V1 we have not confirmed it fits, because we have not confirmed its USB4 ports.
Checked against every mini PC sold on amazon.com, from the specifications we hold for each machine.
No. Its only video input is Thunderbolt 5, so the machine needs a USB4 or Thunderbolt port, and Apple does not state an HDMI version for this monitor.
