The short answer
Dell's UltraSharp U2725QE is a 27" IPS Black monitor with a 3840x2160 resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate, with Thunderbolt 4 and USB-C inputs and a built-in KVM switch. It suits a mini PC owner who wants one sharp display shared between machines.
The monitor's 140 W power delivery will not run the mini PC.
Specifications
The 27" panel is IPS Black, running 3840x2160 at 120 Hz. The Thunderbolt 4 input is upstream, and the USB-C input carries data and KVM switching, so one cable can link a machine. USB-C power delivery is 140 W. A daisy chain output lets you pass the signal on to another display. The monitor also has a VESA mount.

Which mini PCs it fits
A monitor needs a matching video output on the mini PC, and this one accepts DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1, Thunderbolt 4 and USB-C video. The ACEMAGIC AM06 Pro, ASUS ExpertCenter PN65, Apple Mac Studio (M5 Max) and Beelink SER8 have an output that suits it.
The ACEMAGIC V1, ASUS NUC 14 Performance and Apple Mac mini (M5 Pro) fit with a caveat: we have not confirmed 120 Hz at 3840x2160 from their output. For the ASUS ROG NUC 15 and Beelink GTi14 Ultra we have not confirmed the fit, because their HDMI outputs are not known to us.
Checked against every mini PC sold on amazon.com, from the specifications we hold for each machine.

Check your machine's output first: 120 Hz at this resolution is not confirmed for some of the machines above. Dell does not state HDR support, an HDR certification or whether the monitor has speakers, so confirm those before relying on any of them.
Common questions
Will it run at 120 Hz on my mini PC?
The monitor supports 120 Hz at 3840x2160, but for the ACEMAGIC V1, ASUS NUC 14 Performance and Apple Mac mini (M5 Pro) that mode is not confirmed from their output.
Can I share it between two computers?
Yes. It has a built-in KVM switch and several inputs, including DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1, Thunderbolt 4 and USB-C, so two machines can connect at once.
Does it have speakers or HDR?
Dell does not state whether the monitor has speakers, supports HDR or carries an HDR certification, so check those details before you buy if either matters to you.
