With a Thunderbolt 4 input, USB-C power delivery of 140 W and a built-in KVM switch, the Dell UltraSharp U3225QE is a monitor for a mini PC owner who wants a sharp desk display with simple connections. It is a 31.5" IPS Black panel at 3840x2160 and 120 Hz.

The monitor's 140 W power delivery will not run the mini PC.
At 31.5" and 3840x2160, the panel gives you a large, sharp workspace, and 120 Hz keeps motion smooth. The panel is IPS Black with DisplayHDR 600 certification. Inputs are DP 1.4, HDMI 2.1, Thunderbolt 4 upstream and USB-C for data and KVM. The USB-C port delivers 140 W, the KVM switch lets one keyboard and mouse serve more than one machine, and a daisy chain output can feed a second display. A VESA mount is supported.

The monitor needs a matching video output on the mini PC: DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1, or USB-C or Thunderbolt 4 carrying video. It fits the Lenovo ThinkCentre neo 50q Gen 6, MINISFORUM MS-02 Ultra, ACEMAGIC AM06 Pro and ASUS ExpertCenter PN65, whose outputs match. The Lenovo ThinkCentre M90q Gen 5, MINISFORUM AI X1 Pro and ACEMAGIC V1 fit with a caveat: 120 Hz at 3840x2160 is not confirmed for their outputs. The fit is not confirmed for the MSI MAX Edge AI+ and NIMO Mini PC Desktop AI Max+ 395, whose HDMI outputs we could not check.

Before you buy, check that your mini PC's output can carry 3840x2160 at 120 Hz, since that is not confirmed for three of the machines above. Dell does not state whether the monitor has speakers, so plan for external audio if you need it.
It can, if the mini PC's video output carries 3840x2160 at 120 Hz. We have not confirmed that for the Lenovo ThinkCentre M90q Gen 5, MINISFORUM AI X1 Pro or ACEMAGIC V1.
Dell does not state whether it has speakers, so do not count on them. A small external speaker or a headset is the safe plan if you need sound.
Yes, it has a VESA mount, so a compatible arm or wall bracket can hold it in place of the stand.
