TP-Link SX3008F (Omada 8-port 10GE SFP+ L2+ managed)
Part numberSX3008F
The same part under other regional numbers: TL-SX3008F
The short answer
All 8 ports on the TP-Link SX3008F are SFP+, with no 2.5GbE or 10GbE ports alongside them, so this is a switch for a mini PC owner building a network around SFP+ links. It is managed and fanless, and it offers no power over Ethernet.

Specifications
The switch has 8 SFP+ ports and no 2.5GbE or 10GbE ports, so every connection is made through SFP+. It is managed, which means you can configure it instead of just plugging in. It is fanless, so there is no fan to add noise to a quiet desk. The PoE budget is 0 W, so anything that needs power over Ethernet, such as a camera or an access point, needs its own supply.

Which mini PCs it fits
The switch's ports set the rule: all 8 are SFP+, so a mini PC joins the network only through a connection that reaches an SFP+ port, and its LAN speed is the first thing to check.
For the Beelink EQR5 and the Dell Pro Max Micro FCM2250 we have not confirmed it fits, because we do not have the LAN speed of either machine. Until that speed is known, treat both as open questions rather than assuming a match.
Checked against every mini PC sold on amazon.com, from the specifications we hold for each machine.

Before you buy
Check your mini PC's LAN speed and how it would reach an SFP+ port before buying, since we have not confirmed fit for either machine named above. The 0 W PoE budget and the absence of 2.5GbE and 10GbE ports matter if you planned to connect devices that need those. The maker's own page is the place to confirm details.
Common questions
Can this switch power PoE devices?
No. The switch has a PoE budget of 0 W, so a device that needs power over Ethernet must have its own power supply.
Does it work with the Beelink EQR5?
We have not confirmed it fits the Beelink EQR5, because we do not have that machine's LAN speed. The switch's 8 ports are all SFP+, so that speed matters.
Is it a managed switch, and does it have a fan?
It is a managed switch and it is fanless, so it has no fan. It has 8 SFP+ ports and no 2.5GbE or 10GbE ports.
