Specifications

This is one 16 GB module, so the total is 16 GB and a single socket is filled. It runs at 6400 MT/s with CL38 latency. It has no ECC, so it is ordinary memory rather than error-correcting memory. The module type is SODIMM, and your machine's socket must match that along with DDR5.

Which mini PCs it fits

A DDR5 SODIMM module goes in a DDR5 SODIMM socket, and it cannot work where the memory is soldered. It fits the GEEKOM A8 Max, GMKtec K12, HP Z2 Mini G1i and Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q Gen 5. It does not fit the Beelink ME mini, GEEKOM A9 Mega or GMKtec EVO-X2, because their memory is soldered to the board and offers no socket. Fit is not confirmed for the Beelink EQi13 (we do not know if its memory is soldered) or the MINISFORUM AtomMan G1 Pro (we do not know its maximum memory).

Checked against every mini PC sold on amazon.com, from the specifications we hold for each machine.

Fits (14)

Not confirmed (2)

Does not fit (13)

  • ACEMAGIC V1: This machine takes DDR4, not DDR5.
  • Apple Mac mini (M6): The memory is soldered to the board, so there is no socket to put a module in.
  • Beelink ME mini: The memory is soldered to the board, so there is no socket to put a module in.
  • Beelink Mini S12 Pro: This machine takes DDR4, not DDR5.
  • BMAX MaxMini B4 Ultra: The memory is soldered to the board, so there is no socket to put a module in.
  • BOSGAME M5: The memory is soldered to the board, so there is no socket to put a module in.
  • GEEKOM A9 Mega: The memory is soldered to the board, so there is no socket to put a module in.
  • GMKtec EVO-X2: The memory is soldered to the board, so there is no socket to put a module in.
  • GMKtec EVO-X3: The memory is soldered to the board, so there is no socket to put a module in.
  • GMKtec NucBox G3S: This machine takes DDR4, not DDR5.
  • MINISFORUM MS-S1 Max: The memory is soldered to the board, so there is no socket to put a module in.
  • MSI MAX Edge AI+: The memory is soldered to the board, so there is no socket to put a module in.
  • NIMO Mini PC Desktop AI Max+ 395: The memory is soldered to the board, so there is no socket to put a module in.

Before you buy

Check your machine's memory before ordering: soldered memory, as on the three machines named above, leaves no socket for this module. Fit is also unconfirmed where we lack the maximum memory, as with the MINISFORUM AtomMan G1 Pro. Because there is no ECC, do not pick it for a machine that needs error-correcting memory.

Common questions

Does this memory work in a mini PC with soldered RAM?

No. Machines such as the Beelink ME mini, GEEKOM A9 Mega and GMKtec EVO-X2 have memory soldered to the board, so there is no socket for this 16 GB DDR5 SODIMM module.

Is this Kingston FURY Impact module ECC?

No. It is a non-ECC DDR5 SODIMM module, 16 GB in a single module, running at 6400 MT/s with CL38 latency.

Will it fit the GEEKOM A8 Max?

Yes, the GEEKOM A8 Max is among the machines it fits, along with the GMKtec K12, HP Z2 Mini G1i and Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q Gen 5.
