The short answer
A 4 TB drive on PCIe 5.0 in the standard M.2 2280 size: that is the Corsair MP700 ELITE 4TB, part number CSSD-F4000GBMP700ENH. It is an NVMe SSD for a mini PC owner with a free slot of that size who wants a lot of storage, and it comes without a heatsink fitted.
Specifications
The drive holds 4 TB, which suits someone who wants a large library on a single slot. It uses NVMe over PCIe 5.0. In the GMKtec K12, HP Z2 Mini G1a and Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q Gen 5 it runs at PCIe 4.0 speed instead. The M.2 2280 size needs a slot that takes drives of that length. No heatsink is fitted, so check how your machine cools its slot.

Which mini PCs it fits
An M.2 2280 NVMe drive goes in an M.2 2280 slot. The MINISFORUM AtomMan G7 Pro, MSI MAX Edge AI+, ASUS NUC 14 Performance and Beelink GTi14 Ultra take it. The GMKtec K12, HP Z2 Mini G1a and Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q Gen 5 take it too, but at PCIe 4.0 speed in that slot. The Apple Mac mini (M5 Pro), Mac mini (M6) and Mac Studio (M5 Max) have no M.2 slot. For the NIMO Mini PC Desktop AI Max+ 395 and ACEMAGIC AM08 Pro we have not confirmed the fit, since the number of M.2 slots on those machines is not confirmed.
Checked against every mini PC sold on amazon.com, from the specifications we hold for each machine.

Before you buy
Corsair does not state the sequential read, sequential write, endurance, DRAM cache or whether the drive is single-sided. Because Corsair does not say about sides, check the clearance in a tight slot. The machines with the slower slot run the drive at that slot's PCIe speed instead of PCIe 5.0.
Common questions
Will it run at full PCIe 5.0 speed in my mini PC?
In the GMKtec K12, HP Z2 Mini G1a and Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q Gen 5 it runs at PCIe 4.0 speed, although the drive itself is PCIe 5.0. Check your own machine's slot before buying.
Can I use it in a Mac mini?
No. The Apple Mac mini (M5 Pro), Mac mini (M6) and Mac Studio (M5 Max) have no M.2 slot, so an M.2 2280 drive has nowhere to go.
Does it come with a heatsink?
No, there is no heatsink fitted. If your mini PC does not cool the slot itself, you will want to check that before buying.
