It fits the GEEKOM A9 Mega, GMKtec EVO-X2, HP Z2 Mini G1a and Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q Gen 5, which have a port to spare. It does not fit the ACEMAGIC S1, GMKtec NucBox G3S or ACEMAGIC V1, because none has a free USB-C port. For the Beelink EQR6 and GMKtec NucBox G3 we have not confirmed it fits, because we have not confirmed their USB-C ports.
