Which mini PCs it fits

A monitor needs a video output on the mini PC that matches one of its inputs. This one offers HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC, and has no USB-C video input.

The Beelink EQR5, Dell Pro Max Micro FCM2250, GEEKOM A8 Max and GMKtec EVO-X2 each have an output that matches, so they fit. We have not confirmed the fit for the ASUS ROG NUC 15 or the BOSGAME M5, because we do not know what their HDMI outputs are.

Checked against every mini PC sold on amazon.co.uk, from the specifications we hold for each machine.

Before you buy

Check your mini PC's video outputs first. This monitor has no USB-C video input, so a machine that offers video only over USB-C cannot drive it directly. LG does not state USB-C power delivery, a Thunderbolt input, a built-in KVM switch or a daisy chain output.

Common questions

Can I connect the LG UltraGear 27GS95QE over USB-C?

No. It has no USB-C video input, so your mini PC needs an HDMI or DisplayPort output to drive it, using HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort 1.4.

Can I mount it on a monitor arm?

Yes. It has a VESA mount, so it can go on a compatible VESA arm instead of the stand, and it also has built-in speakers.

Does it have a built-in KVM switch?

LG does not state whether it has a built-in KVM switch, so do not plan a one-keyboard, two-computer setup around the monitor itself.
