Specifications

The module runs at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency. It is a single 16 GB stick, so one purchase adds 16 GB and no more. If you want more capacity, you need a second module or a larger one. It is not ECC memory, so it is ordinary non-ECC RAM.

Which mini PCs it fits

A DDR4 SODIMM module goes in a DDR4 SODIMM socket, so memory generation and socket type decide the fit. It fits the GMKtec NucBox G3 Plus, ACEMAGIC AM06 Pro, Beelink EQ14 and GMKtec NucBox G3S. It does not fit the Dell Pro Max Micro FCM2250 or GEEKOM A8 Max, which take DDR5 instead of DDR4. The Beelink SER9 Pro has its memory soldered to the board, so there is no socket for a module. For the Beelink EQi13 and ACEMAGIC AM08 Pro, we have not confirmed the fit, because we do not know whether their memory is soldered.

Checked against every mini PC sold on amazon.co.uk, from the specifications we hold for each machine.

Not confirmed (2)

  • Beelink EQi12: Not confirmed: no record of this machine's maximum memory.
  • Beelink EQi13: Not confirmed: no record of whether this machine's memory is soldered.

Before you buy

Check that your machine has a socketed DDR4 SODIMM slot before buying: soldered memory cannot take a module, and DDR5 machines will not accept this DDR4 one. For the Beelink EQi13 and ACEMAGIC AM08 Pro, we have not confirmed whether the memory is soldered, so look at the machine's own memory details first.

Common questions

Will this memory work in a DDR5 mini PC?

No. The GEEKOM A8 Max and the Dell Pro Max Micro FCM2250 take DDR5, not DDR4, so this DDR4 module does not fit either one.

Is this one module or a pair?

It is one module. The kit holds a single 16 GB stick, so the capacity per module and the total capacity are the same.

Is this ECC memory?

No, it is not ECC memory. It is a DDR4 SODIMM module running at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency, under part number CT16G4SFRA32A.
