Specifications

The kit totals 32 GB, split into two 16 GB modules. It runs at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency. It is not ECC memory.

The part number, CT2K16G4SFRA32A, is the one to match if you are comparing kits or ordering the same one again. SODIMM is the module format and DDR4 the generation, so both must match your machine's sockets.

Which mini PCs it fits

A memory kit has to match the socket: DDR4 SODIMM modules go in DDR4 SODIMM sockets. It fits the GMKtec G11 Plus, ACEMAGIC AM06 Pro, Beelink EQR5 and GMKtec NucBox G10.

It does not fit the Apple Mac mini (M5 Pro), BMAX MaxMini B4 Ultra or BOSGAME M5, because their memory is soldered to the board and there is no socket.

The fit is not confirmed for the ACEMAGIC AM08 Pro (we do not know if its memory is soldered) or the Beelink EQi12 (we do not know its maximum memory).

Checked against every mini PC sold on amazon.co.uk, from the specifications we hold for each machine.

Not confirmed (2)

  • Beelink EQi12: Not confirmed: no record of this machine's maximum memory.
  • Beelink EQi13: Not confirmed: no record of whether this machine's memory is soldered.

Before you buy

This kit is two modules, so your machine needs two DDR4 SODIMM sockets to take both. Machines with soldered memory cannot take it at all. For any machine we have not confirmed, check the socket and the maximum memory before you buy.

Common questions

Can I use this kit in a mini PC that takes DDR5?

No. This is DDR4 SODIMM memory, so it only goes in a DDR4 SODIMM socket, and a machine built around a different generation cannot take it.

Can I upgrade the Apple Mac mini (M5 Pro) with it?

No. The memory in the Apple Mac mini (M5 Pro) is soldered to the board, so there is no socket to put a module in.

Is this ECC memory?

No. The kit is not ECC memory; it is 32 GB of DDR4 at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency, supplied as two 16 GB modules.
