Crucial DDR4-3200 SODIMM 32GB

Part numberCT32G4SFD832A

The short answer

Crucial's CT32G4SFD832A is a DDR4 SODIMM memory module for a mini PC owner whose machine has DDR4 SODIMM sockets and who wants 32 GB on a single stick. It runs at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency and is not ECC memory.

Specifications

The 32 GB is a single module, so it fills one socket rather than arriving as a pair. Speed is 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency, the figures to compare with what your machine supports.

The module is non-ECC, so it adds no error correction. Before you count on 32 GB in one socket, check that your machine's maximum memory allows it.

Which mini PCs it fits

The rule is simple: a DDR4 SODIMM module goes in a DDR4 SODIMM socket. On that basis it fits the Beelink EQR5, GMKtec G11 Plus, ACEMAGIC AM06 Pro and GMKtec NucBox G10.

It does not fit the Beelink SER9 Pro, because that machine's memory is soldered to the board and there is no socket to put a module in. The Dell Pro Max Micro FCM2250 and the GEEKOM A8 Max take DDR5, not DDR4, so this module is the wrong generation for them.

Checked against every mini PC sold on amazon.co.uk, from the specifications we hold for each machine.

Not confirmed (2)

  • Beelink EQi12: Not confirmed: no record of this machine's maximum memory.
  • Beelink EQi13: Not confirmed: no record of whether this machine's memory is soldered.

Does not fit (39)

Before you buy

We have not confirmed the fit for the Beelink EQi12, because its maximum memory is not confirmed, or for the ACEMAGIC AM08 Pro, because we cannot say whether its memory is soldered. None of the machines named as fits comes with a caveat. Check your socket type and memory limit first.

Common questions

Will this Crucial module work in a DDR5 mini PC?

No. It is DDR4 memory, and machines such as the Dell Pro Max Micro FCM2250 and the GEEKOM A8 Max take DDR5, so the module is the wrong generation for them.

Is this memory ECC?

No, it is non-ECC. It is a single 32 GB DDR4 SODIMM module running at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency, so it adds no error correction.

Can I use it in a mini PC with soldered memory?

No. The Beelink SER9 Pro has its memory soldered to the board, so there is no socket to put a module in, however well the module's specs match.
