Which mini PCs it fits

A DDR5 SODIMM module needs a DDR5 SODIMM socket, not soldered memory. It fits the ACEMAGIC F3A, ASUS ExpertCenter PN65, Beelink GTi14 Ultra and GEEKOM A8 Max. The ASUS ROG NUC 16, Dell Pro Max Micro FCM2250 and HP Z2 Mini G1i fit with a caveat: it runs at 5600 MT/s there. The ACEMAGIC AM06 Pro takes DDR4, so it does not fit. The Apple Mac Studio (M5 Max) and BMAX MaxMini B4 Ultra have memory soldered to the board, so they have no socket. We have not confirmed the fit for the MINISFORUM AtomMan G1 Pro or ACEMAGIC AM08 Pro.

Checked against every mini PC sold on amazon.co.uk, from the specifications we hold for each machine.

  • MINISFORUM MS-S1 Max: The memory is soldered to the board, so there is no socket to put a module in.

Before you buy

Before you buy, confirm that your machine has a DDR5 SODIMM socket and that its memory is not soldered, because the fit depends on both. In the machines with a caveat, the module runs at 5600 MT/s. It has no ECC, so do not buy it for error correction.

Common questions

Will it work in a DDR4 mini PC?

No. It is DDR5 SODIMM, so it needs a DDR5 SODIMM socket. The ACEMAGIC AM06 Pro, for example, takes DDR4, not DDR5, so this module does not fit it.

Is this a kit of two modules?

No, it is one 32 GB module, so the kit contains 1 module. It is DDR5 SODIMM running at 5600 MT/s with CL46 latency and is not ECC.

Can I use it in a mini PC with soldered memory?

No. The Apple Mac Studio (M5 Max) and BMAX MaxMini B4 Ultra have memory soldered to the board, so there is no socket to put a module in.
