The short answer
Reading at 7450 MB/s over PCIe 4.0, the Samsung 990 PRO 1TB (part number MZ-V9P1T0BW) is a 1 TB M.2 2280 NVMe SSD for a mini PC owner who has a free slot of that size and wants quick storage. It has no heatsink fitted.
Specifications
At 1 TB, this suits a single-drive upgrade or a second drive in a machine with a spare slot. The sequential read of 7450 MB/s comes over NVMe PCIe 4.0. In a slot that runs at PCIe 3.0 speed, the drive works at that slower speed instead. It is an M.2 2280 drive, so the slot has to take that length. No heatsink is fitted, so check whether your machine's slot has any cooling of its own.

Which mini PCs it fits
An M.2 2280 NVMe drive goes in an M.2 2280 slot. It fits the ASUS ROG NUC 16 Edition 20, BOSGAME M5 and Beelink EQR6. It also fits the Beelink EQR5 and GMKtec G11 Plus, but their slot runs at PCIe 3.0 speed. The Apple Mac mini (M6) has no M.2 slot, so it does not fit. For the ACEMAGIC AM08 Pro, we have not confirmed it fits, since its number of M.2 slots is not known to us.

Before you buy
Check your machine's slot speed first: in the Beelink EQR5, GMKtec G11 Plus and ACEMAGIC AM06 Pro the drive runs at PCIe 3.0 speed. Samsung does not state the drive's sequential write speed, endurance or DRAM cache, and does not say whether it is single-sided.
Common questions
Does the Samsung 990 PRO 1TB fit a Beelink EQR6?
Yes. The Beelink EQR6 is one of the machines it fits, along with the BOSGAME M5 and the ASUS ROG NUC 16 Edition 20. The drive is M.2 2280 NVMe.
Will it run at full speed in a Beelink EQR5?
Not at its full PCIe 4.0 speed. It fits the Beelink EQR5, but the slot there runs at PCIe 3.0 speed, and the same goes for the GMKtec G11 Plus.
Does it come with a heatsink?
No, no heatsink is fitted to this drive. Check whether your mini PC's slot has cooling of its own before you install it.
