The short answer
Managed, with eight 2.5GbE ports, one 10GbE port and one SFP+ port, the USW-Flex-2.5G-8-PoE is a network switch sold as the Ubiquiti UniFi Flex 2.5G PoE. Its PoE budget is 196 W.
Specifications
The eight 2.5GbE ports are the everyday connections for your machines and other wired devices. The one 10GbE port and the one SFP+ port give the switch faster connections beyond those. Because the switch is managed, you can configure it instead of only plugging cables in. The PoE budget of 196 W is the power the switch can share among the powered devices attached to it.

Which mini PCs it fits
A switch connects to a mini PC through the machine's LAN port, so the machine's LAN speed decides how well it pairs with the eight 2.5GbE ports. We have not confirmed it fits the Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q Gen 6, because that machine's LAN speed is not known to us. The same goes for the MINISFORUM AI X1 Pro. We cannot name a mini PC that fits this switch, fits with a caveat or does not fit. Check your own machine's LAN speed against the 2.5GbE ports before buying.
Checked against every mini PC sold on amazon.co.uk, from the specifications we hold for each machine.
